The committee hope to see you at our AGM on Sunday, 12th January,2020. The agenda for the meeting is on the Thames Valley website.
Please note that nominations for officers and ordinary committee members may be submitted by email, to the secretary in advance, giving the proposer, seconder and consent of the nominee. This information can also be presented at the meeting.
As usual, following the social walks ( two options - two start times), soup and rolls will be provided along with further refreshments after the meeting.
