Firstly, thanks to all those members who have put their names forward to assist with Marshalling in some capacity on Saturday 5th May for our annual Oxon 40 / 20 Challenge event fund raiser.
The event has a great reputation within the LDWA Events Diary but this can only be maintained if we have sufficient volunteers who are prepared to give up just a few hours of their time. If we have more names, it will allow for some flexibility and contingency planning on the day and also ensure that the volunteers enjoy the experience without it becoming too onerous.
Please, if you can help, would you contact me with your details so that I can forward them to the organising committee. If you have a particular preference / time, I’m sure this can be accommodated. Also, If you have already spoken to me but were not sure of your availability could you confirm ASAP so I can include you on the list.
