Hope everyone is well and looking forward to what is hoped a fine autumn.

Only a couple of things to note this month. Firstly, Ron has a few dates left to fill for the Winter 2018 program. Ron has advised: ‘7 dates left to fill.  All walk details must be with me by Sept 10th or they will not be included in Strider’.

If anyone can lead a walk can they contact Ron directly and he will advise on the dates that are left to be filled.

Secondly, it’s the AGM in September. A mail was sent out a few days ago to outline the agenda but to remind folk, it’s on the 12^th September @07:30, Dovestone sailing club. Food and drinks will be available. A open meeting will follow. All welcome.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend as I’m away in the Lakes therefore please accept my appologies.

Sun 17th Sep 2017 Littleborough Lions Circular - Event Details Updated Challenge  12ml. (Non LDWA)

Sun 17th Sep 2017 LWRDA fundraiser Belmont 30 Challenge  33.8, 21.3 or 12.5ml. (Non LDWA)

Fri 22nd - Sat 23rd Sep 2017 Peak District Challenge Challenge  62.5, 46.9, 31.3, 15.6 or 6.3ml.(Non LDWA).
