We started with seven, but finished with eight (one met us at the Lion and walked the second half).  The weather was cloudy at the start and turned wet while we were in the pub, so the walk back was in driving light rain.  Unfortunately we did not see the sky once for meteors!

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
