Linear from Upton Park to Putney Bridge, taking in parts of the Capital Ring and Thames Path.

In honour of West Ham and England’s World Cup-winning captain Bobby Moore, linking the site of the Boleyn Ground and Fulham F.C.’s ground Craven Cottage

Lunch stop Greenwich. Plenty of options including al fresco and a Wetherspoon’s. *Walk WILL finish in the darkness so bring torch
