The 2020 AGM will be on Wednesday 12^th February 2020 at the King and Queen pub, Foley Street, London, W1W 6DL. The upstairs room will be available for us from 18:00 for a prompt start at 18:30.

Proposed motions for the meeting need to be with the secretaries by Wednesday 15^th January. A draft agenda, with motions, will be circulated to all members on Wednesday 22^nd January.

Nominations for committee posts need to be with the secretaries by Wednesday 29^th January. Nominations can be made for any committee post (chair, secretary, treasurer, web-master, weekly update editor, walks secretary and social secretary) but we would particularly welcome nominations for the treasurer and secretary as the current holders of these posts will not be able to seek re-election at the meeting. Nominations need to have a proposer and seconder.
