Two excellent walks on offer this week, the first on Wednesday when Ron leads the second of his upmarket tarmac tours featuring all manner of sights and curios on the way round, including macabre details such as the properties originally owned by the slum landlord Peter Rachmann and the locations where Paula Yates and JImi Hendrhx breathed their last, as well as uplifting views of Kensington Palace and the unfeasibly tall spire of St Mary Abbots. Ron asks that you click on the link provided in the walk details below and bring a printed copy with you. On Saturday it's another upmarket experience as Bola leads us on a circular walk based on Grange Hill, with its proximity to posh Chigwell and its charming village atmosphere, renowned pubic school and cosily elegant pubs.
We wish you happy and not-too-muddy walking.
