There's only one show in town this week - our venerable event, the Founders Challenge, on Saturday with its new start and finish in Guildford and two re-shaped routes to choose from.
Gordon spotted these helpful marshals while recce-ing the Founders earlier this year. Will they still be around this Saturday?

General Notes
There will be 2 brand new routes and for the first time the event will start and finish in Guildford. The new routes will still visit the special places; all of them on the 30 mile route, Peaslake and Pitch Hill on the shorter route. In 2019 the walk will be in an anti-clockwise direction, the reverse of previous events, so perhaps it will seem completely different to anyone who has been before! Entry limit 200 with a maximum of 50 runners. Bring your own mug, bowl and plate to reduce plastic usage. Additional details including downloadable route descriptions and GPX files will be added as they become available. Fast trains from London at 6.45 and 7.15 then every 15 mins. There is no parking at the start: please use Artington Park and Ride.
