An extra reminder from Capital Challenge organiser, Jean, (particularly for any non-marshal chancers who decide to walk with us!!) for this Saturday's Marshals Walk. We meet and start at St John's Church, Waterloo. Hard to miss - it's opposite Waterloo station, on the roundabout by the IMAX cinema. Nearest tube is - you've guessed it - Waterloo. We will try to find a cafe that is open/not too busy and crowded for lunch but bring sandwiches/snacks just in case. You can always eat them when we reach the finish at the ViewTube Cafe, which will be closed. Also, please bring a torch - the walk may finish after dark.

This memorable photo was taken on last year's event by fastest finisher Zoltan Fodor, who considerately stopped for a beer to fit in with checkpoint opening times.
