London LDWA

Not the usual programme this week as everyone is gearing up for the upcoming Founders Challenge, which means it's time for the Marshals Walk. This is primarily for people who are going to be helping out on the day of the main event, but it's also open to anyone who hasn't tried a challenge event before and would like to see what it entails - and to anyone else who fancies a challenging walk at a brisk pace. The route takes in places associated with Alan Blatchford and Chris Steer, the LDWA's founders, so it really is a walk through the history of our Association. Scroll down for all the details.

Was it only a weekend ago that we had sunny weather to walk in? This was taken by Gavin on Ron's walk 'The People's Palaces'.
