Dear All
Well it may not be the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, but our chums at Network Rail certainly seem to be taking full advantage of the equinoctal daylight to implement a healthy programme of engineering works on our railways at the moment.
This enthusiasm for track repairs has claimed its first victim in the form of Peter's "Going Loopy Part 3" walk this Saturday. Specifically, there is a bus replacement service for part of the journey to the start of the walk, which means that the departure time from Victoria, and the time of the start of the walk at Banstead, have all changed compared to the details I sent out in this morning's update email.
The new details are on the website, which you can access by clicking here. They are also reproduced at the end of this email. Specifically, to get to the start of the walk, you will need to:
Depart Victoria 0833 to West Croydon arrive 0906, change there for rail replacement bus depart 0916, arrive Banstead 0954.
So hopefully that's all clear now, and there will be no further mishaps to derail our plans (pardon the pun..)

If using a Travelcard, zone 6 is needed for Banstead Stages 7 to 9 of the London Loop, following the Hogsmill River down to the Thames at Kingston before picking up the River Crane. Bushy Park and Hounslow Heath too
