Sorry that you have not heard anything from me for a while and are probably wondering what is going on. I have been away in Scotland and Canada. So this email is to say:
1. thank you for attending the course on the 20th. I am really impressed and delighted that all 11 of you went. I would normally expect some drop outs on the day.
2. I hope that you enjoyed it and found it useful even if it is the sort of training that you trust that you never have to put into practice. Mind you, learning how to handle some dummies might have immediate application!
3. your certificates are in the post (well all of them apart from Emma's as her name was spelt incorrectly and we are getting a revised one). You should receive them in the next few days.
4. in particular thanks to Rod for sorting the bills etc.
5. can I have your feedback on the course, the trainer, the venue. The committee will need to consider if it was worthwhile and whether we might run another course in the future.
