Dear all

This week we've got a particularly fascinating couple of walks coming up.   I can guarantee a genuinely unforgettable and mind-expanding experience for all participants.

So first up, on THURSDAY (note not Wednesday this week), Paula is leading a tree-spotting exploration of Richmond Park, setting out from Richmond station at 6pm.   And if you can tell your gingkos from your hemlocks, this could be right up your street.   Especially as there are fabulous prizes on offer to those who can correctly identify the most.

Then, in a bit of a departure from our normal diurnal rhthym, on SATURDAY NIGHT / SUNDAY MORNING, Adam P (the other Adam, not me!) is leading a night walk to see in the sunrise on the longest day.   So if you are a bit of a Druid at heart, this could be exactly for you.   Just be at Forest Hill station at 11 pm (note PM not AM!) on Saturday night.   The solstice sunrise is at 4.43 am on the Sunday, and the walk will include an early breakfast in Soho.

     This isn't exactly what you'll be seeing, but you get the idea..
