A Wray of Hope February 2019


A day with fingers crossed for the weather worked out fine - we got round in dry weather if a little on the blowy side.  We met at Wray Castle and did a circuit towards Hawkshead taking in Latterbarrow and Claife Heights and Tarns and then down to Claife Station to take in the viewing platform there, before a lovely wander back beside Windermere which is superb at this quiet time of the year.  Watch out for the array of funny faces on these photos! It sure was windy on Latterbarrow is all I can say.....
