We enjoyed a great walk which took in the hills behind Ulverston, visiting the Hoad in a good full wind.  Then down to the Canal to make our way down to Conishead Priory.  An unusual aspect of this walk was the opportunity to take part in a 15 minute meditation session at the Priory, followed by some even more enjoyable cake !! Highly recommended visit.  We topped the day off with a lovely sunlit walk
