A walk in the White Peak to explore an area where the underlying Limestone has given rise to features such as dry valleys, gorges, caves, pot-holes, sink holes, fossils, and by human endeavour, mines, quarries, rock-climbs and green, green, grass. A walk which connects early life forms, which came and went a long time ago*, and whose skeletal remains became the rockform we know today, with us, homo sapiens. *360-330 million years.
