Meet at the c.p. (opp the New Inn) in Llangynog (SY10 0EX)
Meet at 08.15 for 08.30 start please - 19ml with 3850' asc. Hirnant, Clawdd Mawr, Vyrnwy and Cwm Pennant via old forest and hill tracks. Good scenery, shop, toilets and tea rooms on route but some rough going on little-walked paths

Llangynog c.p is free and has public toilet, but poor mobile phone reception
