Circular. Varied undulating route through Constable country (Flatford Mill, The Hay Wain, Willy Lott's Cottage) with the night section on the Shotley Pensinula between the rivers Orwell and Stour plus the sea at Harwich. Part of the Eastern Triple Challenge with the Herts Stroller and Winter Poppyline
