Overall

We were based at a typical Lakeland holiday home, 5 minutes walk from Grange centre, the house slept 8 people and had 3 bathrooms, well heated and copious amounts of hot water. We has stunning views from the seating area in the front garden over the bay.

We would happily recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay at Grange over Sands, the rental company is Sykes holiday cottages and the property is called 1 Lingfell at 16 Grange Fell Road.

Special thanks to Geoff Halliwell and Roger Jackson for leading the walks and special thanks to Roger Jackson commander in chief packed lunch maker.
