Calderdale LDWA

Hi all 

Calderdale LDWA group has experienced some changes, 

Firstly I am sure you would all like to express with me your thanks to Nigel Beaumont, Chair and Alan Greenwood, Treasurer and Secretary who both resigned from Calderdale LDWA early this year, for their many years commitment to the group. 

New members are Jane Guest, Chair, Karen Nash, Secretary and Anne Webb, Treasurer, Steven Walker is kindly remaining as walk secretary.

We as your new committee members want to raise the profile of Calderdale LDWA and request your attendance at our first meeting which will be held on Tuesday 16th April 2019 at 7pm at the The Works, Hollins Mill Lane, Sowerby Bridge, HX6 2QG

Please try and attend and consider if you are able to lead a walk for Calderdale in the future.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
