Another Bit of Cross Bucks - Thursday 17th November 2016

18 walkers (12 in the afternoon)  15.4 miles 

Winslow - Addington - Verney Junction - back to Winslow for lunch - Swanbourne - Mary's lost her cap in the wind - and back to the cars.  Criss crossed two disused railway lines.   

Our second section of the Cross Bucks Way completed, thank you Jim.  Much better weather than forecast  - luckily folk were safely in The Bell or the Church when the rain hammered down - lots of Autumn sunshine in the afternoon. 
Good news - Jim is already planning the next section.

LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
