We've done a first check of the route, but were unable to book tables at the pub, The Pilgrim's Progress 42 Midland Road, Bedford MK40 1QB, 01234 363751.  We may not all be able to sit together, but it's a large pub, so there should be room for us all.  There were lots of tables round to the left beyond the bar.  Please find a table, note the number and order food and drink at the bar.  You can view the menu from the link.  If all goes to plan, we'll arrive just before noon, before they stop serving breakfast and in time for the meal deals.  We expect to be there about an hour.   We were there on Saturday lunchtime, when it was quite busy, and had meal and pint in less than an hour. There'll be a morning tea break, but not sure about the afternoon break - depends on the weather and finding somewhere suitable.
