Enigmatic Milton Keynes - Thursday 21st August 2014

Map of route word (793KB) pdf (414KB).

My GPS clocked 15.6 miles, 15 on the walk, bus from MK coachway to railway station, morning stop at St. Mary's Church Bletchley, don't think I'd want to try the scented garden with all those nettles, fun to walk through the bus shelter, my notes say "complain to Mike about the flies" but I can't remember where the flies were, great fun on the trim trail (not sure the substitute walk leader was amused by all the diversions and deviations, it was like a school outing, with less discipline), tour of Jim's place, thank you for the wonderful buns and biscuits Jenny (need a walk that includes brekka next time please Jim), lunch at Brian's local Red Lion in Fenny Stratford, went over railway on only pedestrian-only bridge in MK, Rectory Cottages, Bletchley Park, several herons, one woodpecker, St Thomas's church in Simpson, MK Dons.
