22 on 9am start, welcome to Vicky, 3 more joined at 10am.  morning stop at Mears Ashby (Dave provided cake), lunch stop at Holcot (2 Henrys and a Tiger in the White Swan), afternoon stop at Sywell (a local opened the village hall for us to top up water bottles), lolly stop at Sywell Country Park, Light Aircraft Association rally at Sywell Aerodrome this weekend (30/08 - 01/09), also beer festival, my GPS clocked 19.8 miles, Roger did well to stop the sheep escaping, the conkers aren't ready yet, lots of rubbish on one bit of the route, Brian reported the water leak (it's job no 39118197 in case anyone goes by in a week or two and it's still not done), as back marker I get the comments when we don't make room for other walkers to get through (I know it works the other way too, when we're trying to get through, but let's be better than the general public), Northamptonshire Round
