If you are coming to the marshals' walk on 29th October 2017 please let Dave Yorston know which route you will be doing so that he can bring your correct route description. We plan to be at Barton from 07.45 that morning for an 08.00 start. NOTE there will not be any support on the marshals' walk so bring all you will need for the day. LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
