Some six years on from our original undertaking of this route, another opportunity presents itself to explore the intriguing industrial and railway heritage in this area, which, in its own way, still ranks alongside the likes of Ironbridge. Yes, it’s Wedgwood again and a heck of a sight more, with a variety of terrain, pulling in at Talke Festival Park (or alternative) for a lunchtime break, with its host of eateries and array of shops, including outdoor leisure with, of course, a highly knowledgeable guide all the way around

General Notes
The day begins with an opportunity to purchase the famous Staffordshire Oatcake, as seen and consumed on Staffordshire LDWA organised challenge events, at a local place of purveyance. Please allow extra time to procure and enjoy this delicacy on the day by turning up, say, half an hour before departure
