The Long Distance Walkers Association (LDWA) organise their 'flagship' 100 event each Spring Bank Holiday Weekend. This event entails walking 100 miles in 48 hours. LDWA Walks

The LDWA organises many challenge events and local group social walks, as well as listing many more organised by other organisations. Challenge events are normally between 20 and 100 miles and must generally be completed within a defined time limit. Social walks are normally led walks of around 20 miles.
