Harvey Souvenir Map
This page describes the souvenir Harvey Maps Route Map. There are a small number of maps newly available - see below. The maps orginally sold out on 26 April so apologies if you were disappointed at that stage.
The entire LDWA Games 100 route is presented on this specially commissioned Harvey map. The map is double sided, on a scale of 1:50,000, waterproof and shows the entire route together with the location of all checkpoints. A special feature of this map that makes it different from those produced for other 100s, is the inclusion of 32 photographs around the perimeter showing sites visited on the 100 and points of interest, together with a feature on the LDWA Founders’ sites. As well as providing the entrant with one map for the whole route it is an attractive and practical memento.
The map is offered to entrants for the Games 100 at the bargain price of £8-20 including postage (or £15-70 for 2 if posted to the same address).

Differences between the published map and the event route description (RD) on the day:
From the Greenwich Foot Tunnel (GFT) to past the 02, there are minor differences where the route takes diversions - use the RD. After the GFT the route takes the Thames Path now open along the riverside. Marshals will be located here. There are minor diversions around a building development and around the Emirates Airline (new cableway), just beyond the 02, again use the RD.
Checkpoint location at Biggin Hill is slightly misplaced on this map and should be at GR TQ421590, earlier on the route.
For the ascent of Reigate Hill (RD para 8.2 line 9) the route takes the Millennium Trail not the NDW - see note in the RD. The Harvey Map does not show the Millennium Trail but Explorer maps show it as a track.
