Cleveland LDWA has been established since 1982, we are a friendly group who welcome new members and visitors alike.We usually do a social walk each month,see Group Future Events page.We walk on the Yorkshire Moors, Coast, Dales and occasionally in the Lake District. We suggest visitors or new members speak with the walks leader/ or walks secretary prior to attending a walk. Unfortunately for dog owners we have a policy of no dogs on walks.

We hold Group Meetings every second Thursday in the month at The Fox Covert, top of Leven Bank, near Yarm at 8.00pm, the number of members attending the meetings varies between 15 - 25 members, the meetings are informal and last for about an hour. Come along and join in, you will be made very welcome.

We organize two regular yearly challenge events - The Tandem and The Hanging Stone Leap.
