Rother Valley Walks

Hampshire, W Sussex

Various
The River Rother rises from springs near Empshott south of Selbourne in Hampshire and flows south into Sussex to Petersfield and then east along the north side of the South Downs to meet the River Arun, of which it is a tributary, near Pulborough. These walks explore the Rother and this area.

There are fourteen linked circular walks, between 4.5 miles and 9 miles long totalling nearly 100 miles, providing many options of traversing the Rother Valley. The scenery is varied and interesting and road walking has been kept to a minimum.
