| Description: | 30 or 16ml. in 12hr from Wolsingham School 30ml route goes to Middleton in Teesdale via Meeting of the Grains, and returns via Great Eggles Hope, Pikestone Fell. 16ml route Pikestone Fell to B6278 and returns via Bollihope and River Wear.. Start: walkers, 30ml 09.00; walkers, 16ml, & all runners 10.00. Entry: in advance 30ml/16ml routes £7.50/£6 (non-LDWA +£1); OTD all +£2, incl food & drink on route, meal at finish, badge & certificate for finishers. Showers available at finish. Free parking on site. Awards for 10 completions. No dogs, please. Due to difficulties in 2008 covering the duties of a 24hr event we regret that the 52ml route will not be available in 2009. The situation will be reviewed for 2010. Organised by & chq payable to LDWA Northumbria Group. 50p from every entry will be donated to Teesdale & Weardale Search & Rescue Team. Entry form from website or SEF accepted with SAE. |
