Meet at 8am by the Iron Man in Victoria Square

Following the canal from the centre of Birmingham at Gas Street Basin out of the city past the University, Selly Oak, Bournville to Kings Norton. Then meander through Hawkesley to rejoin the canal heading towards Hopwood and under the thunderous procession of the M42 towards Alvechurch. After crossing the busy Bromsgrove Highway just before Tardebigge descend Tardebigge Flight which is the longest flight of locks in the UK then through Stoke Pound, pass close by Droitwich on past Fiveways finishing in Worcester centre at Digliss Basin
