Tea & toast available at the club from 7.00 to 7.30am. Two stops along the way with refreshments to buy, one at 15 miles, cafe/ visitor centre & the other at the Strawberry Duck pub at 22 miles. Soup, bread, tea & cakes at the finish & bar open in the club. (Donations for food appreciated). Recce took 11.5 hours, bring a torch.
LDWA is run entirely by volunteers and we work hard to keep costs as low as possible. But costs are always rising so to help us avoid big increases in our modest membership fee, additional donations are always welcomed. Anyone who feels that LDWA has gone the extra mile to provide exceptional service is particularly encouraged to use this facility.
