A walk in north London, linking together the three boroughs of Enfield, Barnet and Haringey. Adapted from the John Merrill Walk. Start through Hadley Wood and the King Georges Playing Field. Then part of the London Loop and Dollis Valley Greenwalk. Coffee stop at Friary Park. Continue through Friern Barnet, Coppetts Wood and Coldfall Wood. Then continue to Muswell Hill and our lunch stop at Alexandra Palace. Choice of cafes, or a pub or bring picnic (12ml into walk). After lunch through Nightingale Gardens and the New River Walk. Tea at The Green, Winchmore Hill (at 16.3ml) and finish through parts of Grovelands & Oakwood Parks, and Trent Park. Registered assistance dogs only
