Long route takes in the ‘Three Peaks’ of the Cartmel Peninsula – Howbarrow, Hampsfell and Humphrey Head (permission pending). The 13ml route follows the Howbarrow and Hampsfell ridges around the Cartmel Valley. The 4.5ml family walk climbs Howbarrow with fabulous views of the Lakeland fells and Morecambe Bay
