General Notes
Each walker or group of walkers must carry O/S Explorer map no 172 Chiltern Hills East 1:25 000; first aid kit; compass; whistle. No runners. Checkpoint times will be strictly adhered to and anyone who in the opinion of any of the walk officials is unfit to continue will be retired. Limit 200 places. Parking available at Ruislip Lido car park (GR TQ087892)
Advance entry £8, OTD £10 an embroidered badge and cert will be presented to all walkers who finish their route within the times allowed. All Cps will supply cold drinks and snacks
