| Route: | Leatherhead stn. Dep Waterloo 08.54. Return from West Humble. Expect crowds for both Box Hill and the start of Olympic Tennis at Wimbledon - would recommend getting train tickets in advance Please come fully self sufficient, with packed lunch, drink and nibbles to keep you going until after the race departs Box Hill around 2.40 when we will head for a pub. The race, lapping every 20 minutes, will cover 9 laps of the Box Hill circuit. The plan is to walk to, and intercept the race at, various free public access points on the 9 mile circuit. A day to immerse yourself in the excitement of a spectacular sporting event. Drivers: The route will be closed motor vehicles all day |
