Start - Bridge Street c.p. Thorne, Doncaster (free parking)
A walk on home soil and in the footsteps of our Group's namesake, Cornelius Vermuyden. A circuit around the Sykehouse levels with hardly a contour crossed all day! We will be passing through some surprisingly pleasant countryside and visiting the villages of Fishlake and Sykehouse, where refreshments will be taken at the "Old George" before returning to Thorne via Kirk Bramwith and Stainforth
