Nidderdale LDWA

 

 

We run two Challenge events every year, the Blubberhouses 25 in late March and the Wensleydale Wedge in November. 

 

Club meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 8.oopm in The Union, Calcutt, Knaresborough HG5 8JL.   http://theunioncalcutt.webs.com/    

 

All group walks have an emphasis on being social and accommodating.  Any member of the LDWA can walk with the group, and can if they wish elect to have Nidderdale as the group of their choice. The group in northwest Yorkshire are drawn from a catchment area with the postcodes BD23&24, DL, HG, LS22&23 and  have a programme of social walks which is published in Strider.  Prospective members of the LDWA are welcome to join one of their social walks for a trial period, but should make contact with the leader beforehand to confirm details.
