Walk along the Regents Canal, passing Victoria Park and to Camden Lock. Then continue to Little Venice and Hyde Park, lunch at the Lido. Continue through Green Park & St James's Park before crossing the Thames at Westminster Bridge. Walk along the South Bank crossing at the Millennium Bridge. The last part of the walk continues along the river passing the Tower of London, St Katherine's Dock, Wapping and Limehouse Basin. Finish along the Regents Canal again back to Mile End
