Slightly changed and improved route from Ackers Trust, Golden Hillock Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham B11 2PY using Birmingham's extensive canal network and Cole Valley Way. Walkers 8.30am Runners 9.30am Mini-Canter 9.45am. Ideal introduction to challenge walking, plus help us to judge our cake competition! Registration commences 7.00am. Cost for either route £7, non-members £9, cheques to Heart of England LDWA. Advance entries close Sept 3rd, OTD may be allowed if limit of 300 not exceeded at £2 extra. Refreshments at checkpoints and hot meal at finish. Bring a mug. Showers and secure baggage storage, b&b accommodation at £12.50 pp in bunk bedded rooms of 2 & 4 bring sleeping bag and towel - book early. Free parking on site, 5 mins walk from Small Heath Station.
