Glyndŵr's Way

Our LDP this year Glyndŵr's Way is a walk through the heart of Wales taking in the sites associated with Owain Glyndŵr, the 15th Century Welsh warrior who was proclaimed the first Prince of Wales. Passing through the understated scenery of mid Wales, without the grandeur of a National Park, this region is rich in history, myth and legend will not disappoint. We will visit many of the battlefields, abbeys, historic houses and castles where Glyndŵr made his mark.

Why not register with "Owain’s Army" to receive information about each stage and contact Mike if you want to book a place. Transport from the midlands will be provided to and from the walk for all the stages. There will be seven stages in total to complete the LDP with stages 3 & 4 over a weekend at the end of July. The weekend away will again be subsidised for those that commit to assist to either to the MMM, BCC or the 100 Checkpoint in 2014.

Check "Our Walks" page for further details and how to book.
