Motor Mileage Expense Claim
Claims will only be entertained from officially designated helpers on challenge events.
Please use form provided when making expense claims for motor mileage in connection with official Essex Herts LDWA challenge events.
Where support has been requested and agreed to for non-Essex Herts LDWA challenge events, only actual fuel costs of the mileage incurred and NOT mileage at cost/mile at the agreed club rate will be reimbursed on presentation of receipts.
With regards to motor mileage claims for participation on official non-Essex Herts LDWA challenge events please seek the approval of the Chairman and or Secretary prior to participating on the event. Whilst we appreciate the cost of fuel incurred in agreeing to provide assistance to other LDWA groups when officially requested, and are therefore prepared to assists in covering these costs, our funds are not limitless.
