Future Plodder Walks
Dear Plodders,
After discussion following the walk on Wednesday it was agreed we should walk the Hodder Way and Irwell Valley Way in tandem during June, July and August. I have looked at the East Lancs Strider dates and there are two free Wednesdays each month. Would suggest you pencil in the following dates,
June 13th....Hodder Way. June 27th Irwell Valley Way.
July 11th Hodder Way July 25th Irwell Valley Way.
August 8th Hodder Way August 22nd Irwell Valley Way.
Martin will be arranging to do a walk to Luds Church from Danebridge in the Autumn and Nancy will do a Yarrow Valley Walk at this time.
I am discussing Ghyll Head dates for December when some of us may make a start on the reverse Thirlmere Way.
The Monach Way ,which is my trip down memory lane, I will advertise when I intend do do each section and if you wish to join me that would be OK.
The walk from Malvern to Chipping,(connecting the Worcestershire Way to the Cotswold Way) will need further discussion and might be a project for next year.
