Foulridge Wharf. Directions to Foulridge Wharf from the south. Head for M65, either via M66 and A56 or via M61. Continue to the end of the M65 (Junction 14) and take the 1st. exit from he roundabout (A6068). After 1.3 miles, take the 1st exit from the roundabout (A56). In 1.2 miles, in Foulridge, just past the Hare and Hounds pub (on the right), turn LEFT. There are some brown “Foulridge Wharf” signs from here but they’re not easy to see. Follow the road round a right hand bend and as it swings left, go STRAIGHT on for approx. 40mtrs. Go STRAIGHT ON AGAIN. (Warehouse Lane). Continue past Café Cargo to the car park. There should be ample parking and it’s free, and there are toilets available at the café. Other toilets are available just after the coffee stop and also at the lunch stop |
