CLEVELAND WANDER 1 OCTOBER 2011
 
At 9 am on Saturday, 1 October, under a cloudless sky, 12 of us set off from Errington Woods for Guisborough.  It was an unseasonably hot, sunny day - 24oC plus.
 
We had our first break at the Church by  the side of Guisborough Priory.
 
After leaving Guisborough we continued to Upleatham passing through Tocketts Mill where we had lunch.
 
After lunch we walked to Saltburn, then along the beach to the outskirts of Redcar along the way passing many familes enjoying the sun, sea and sand.
 
We completed the 18 mile walk returning to  Errington Woods at 4.10pm.
