Runners/Joggers/Fast walkers 09:00 - 09:30 (checkpoint times will be adhered to, with NO exceptions)
Finish Time: all must finish by 18.30. Hall closes at 19:00.

Distance: 27, 18 or 12 miles.
Route: The walk follows mainly field paths, tracks, woods and streams, through undulating countryside with good views from the hills traversed.
Awards: This event is not a race and there are no prizes, a certificate will be awarded to everyone who completes their chosen route.
Cloth badge (111KB) will be on sale at £1.50 each.
Closing Date: On the day, if limit not reached before, but postal entries by Tuesday 13th November 2012.
Cost: In advance - LDWA members £5.00, non-members £6.00, under 18 FREE.
Entries on the day, if limit not reached, £8.00. Please check here before coming, in case we are full.
Cheques payable to BB&N LDWA.
Refreshments: Included in entry fee - hot drinks and biscuits at the start.
Snacks and drinks at checkpoints (1 on 12 mile, 3 on 18 mile, 4 on 27 mile).
Light meal at the finish.

- their own MUG (there will be no mugs at checkpoints)

We advise you to have -
- suitable footwear and clothing for the time of year, including waterproofs
- Ordnance Survey Landranger 165 and166, or Explorer 192 and 193
- a torch if you're likely to finish in the dark.
