Late amendment : Please note that for the Chiltern Kanter there will be an amendment on the day to the grid reference sheets (see below). This refers to the following:-
Due to unforseen circumstances the checkpoint which was originally at Bridgewater Monument SP 971131 has now been moved to Little Gaddesden
Scout Hut at SP 993136.
In addition there is now only 1 checkpoint on the Short Route which has been moved to Little Gaddesden.
There is not a checkpoint at Dagnall on the short route.

Dogs: We are happy to allow dogs on the Chiltern Kanter. If you are planning to bring a dog, please note these guidelines and ensure that you have appropriate liability insurance.
Parking: Please note that parking for Chiltern Kanter entrants is at Goodrich Engineering in Westfield Road, Pitstone Business Park. LU7 9GT. This is a Defence Industry Company so please follow the instructions of the marshals. The start, Pitstone Memorial Hall, is 7 minutes walk from Goodrich. Parking at Pitstone Memorial Hall is limited to marshals only.

Long & medium routes - if you're planning to use 1:50000 maps, you'll need LR166 and LR165 - not just LR165 as it says on original entry form. Please tell anyone you know who is planning to walk the event. Note - EXP181 covers all routes.
